• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
• The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
• The item must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
• The item being returned must have the tag attached.
• Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please Contact Us by telephone as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

If your order cannot be cancelled it will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.

Latter Hair will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your items(for the reason dislike or want to exchange, customers need pay the return shipping fee).The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy). For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 2-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
