Free shipping in most countries on purchases over $100, and shipping at your own expense if you spend less than $100, so read carefully to see if free shipping is available in your country, and check the product page for freight. Please leave correct address information, any changes to address information will incur additional charges after posting. Any addresses with PO BOX, and abbreviations of city names are not accepted. Under no circumstances do you authorize the courier to leave your package at your door. We will arrange shipment after payment clears.

After receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect all packages for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, but it does happen occasionally. If you receive damaged parts, please do not accept the package and have the shipper return it to the sender immediately. If the shipper leaves a damaged package in your absence, please contact the shipper immediately and return the package to the sender. If any of the above occurs, you must be contacted immediately to prevent you from being charged for two-way shipping.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged or incorrect parts after 15 working days, regardless of the party's fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, all such claims must be handled through the shipping company.

As usual, we ship your package within two days of receiving your payment, but within a short time our products are out of stock. When we meet such conditions, we will do our best to send the package to you as quickly as possible.
